The Dutchess County Libertarian Party has been an unflinching advocate for personal liberty in and around the Hudson Valley since March 2019. Our membership spans the wide range of sociopolitical opinions. The main distinction is that we see no virtue in any desired outcome if induced by governmental force. We all seek to improve the world, but by nothing more than persuasion, and affording to our critics the dignity of choosing their own way through life.
