In 2018, Larry Sharpe ran for New York Governor, obliterating the gubernatorial threshold to put the Libertarian Party of New York on the ballot. On March 14th, 2019, Mr Sharpe was kind enough to inaugurate the Dutchess County Libertarian Party’s convention, held at the Village Restaurant in Pleasant Valley.
